• 03:30 AM pickup from Thampanoor (near Kairali Nila Theatre)
• Start journey towards Vagamon
• Breakfast en route
• Visit Adventure Park – glass bridge, boating, kayaking (activities at own cost)
• Explore Pine Valley
• Lunch break
• Visit Mottakkunnu
• Visit Thangal Para / Kurishumala
• Visit Parunthumpara (if time permits)
• Begin return journey after sightseeing
• Dinner en route
• Drop at Thampanoor by around 11:00 PM

• Adventure activity charges at Adventure Park
• Any meals not mentioned in inclusions
• Personal expenses
• Expenses due to weather, political unrest, or unforeseen situations

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• A/C will be switched off during uphill travel
• All activities and sightseeing are subject to weather conditions. The itinerary may be adjusted if required
• The coordinators have the right to modify the itinerary for safety and comfort
• Any personal expenses, including insurance, are not included in the package
• Expenses due to unforeseen situations like weather issues, roadblocks, or political unrest must be borne by participants
• The vehicle will be available only as per the itinerary and not for personal use
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or unused facilities
• We can assist in booking train, flight, or bus tickets, but we are not responsible for delays or cancellations by transport providers
