  • Overnight journey through the Himalayan roads

  • Morning arrival in Manali
  • Transfer to hotel and fresh-up
  • Visit Hadimba Temple
  • Explore Mall Road
  • Visit Van Vihar
  • Visit Tibetan Monastery
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Manali

🗓️ Day 3. Manali to Kaza via Kunzum Pass

  • Early morning departure towards Kaza
  • Drive through Atal Tunnel
  • Cross the scenic Kunzum Pass
  • Experience breathtaking Himalayan mountain landscapes
  • Reach Kaza by evening
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza

❗ Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.
  • 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

  • All activities and sightseeing are subject to weather and road conditions. The itinerary may be adjusted if required
  • The coordinators have the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and comfort of all participants
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policy. Waiting time may be required during peak season
  • Food provided at the hotel will be North Indian style. Veg and non-veg food options will be available at hotels
  • Personal expenses, including insurance, are not included in the package
  • Expenses due to unforeseen situations like roadblocks, bad weather, or delays must be borne by participants
  • Any cost not mentioned in the inclusions must be paid separately by participants
  • Participants must reach the common pickup point on their own
  • There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop. Different arrival or departure timings must be managed independently
  • The vehicle will be available only as per the itinerary and not for personal use
  • No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or unused facilities
  • Lunch timing may vary depending on traffic and road conditions
  • If train, flight, or bus tickets are booked with assistance, delays or cancellations by transport providers must be managed by the participant
