  • Arrival at Palakkad Railway Station
  • 05:00 AM – Pickup & trip starts from Palakkad Railway Station
  • Visit Seetharkund Waterfalls
  • Explore Chinganchira Temple
  • Drive through the scenic village landscapes of Thamarappadam
  • Visit Kudilidam
  • Breakfast at Chellan Chettante Chaya Kada
  • Local countryside exploration & heritage trails
  • Lunch at Ayyapettante Kada
  • Visit Muthalamada Railway Station
  • Visit Vaamala (only if time permits)
  • Tea/snacks & dinner on the way back
  • Return to Palakkad Railway Station

Cancellation Policy

❗ Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.
  • 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Cancellation Due to External Factors

If the trip is canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by She Goes

If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participation or operational reasons, participants will receive a full refund including the advance payment.

Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another individual with prior approval from She Goes Travel Buddies and applicable transfer charges.

Important Notes

  • All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather conditions
  • Coordinators may modify the itinerary for safety or operational reasons
  • The vehicle will be available only as per the itinerary schedule
  • Personal expenses and insurance are not included
  • Expenses caused by roadblocks, bad weather, vehicle issues, or political disturbances must be borne by participants
  • No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or unused facilities
  • Please confirm train timings with the coordinators before booking tickets
