• Safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, and other adventure activities
• Cable car, Gondola, and ropeway rides
• Helicopter rides
• Additional sightseeing tours or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary

• Any cost not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions”

🚫 Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment of ₹3,000 is non-refundable.
• 45 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 14 to 7 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

🌧️ Cancellation Due to External Factors

If the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event beyond our control, participants will be offered the option to reschedule the trip to a later date, subject to availability.

✅ Cancellation by She Goes Travel Buddies

If She Goes Travel Buddies cancels the trip due to insufficient participation or other logistical reasons, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit paid.

🎫 Non-Refundable Expenses

Any non-refundable expenses such as flight or train tickets booked independently by participants will not be covered in the refund.

🔄 Transfer of Booking

If a participant is unable to attend the trip, the booking may be transferred to another individual, subject to approval by She Goes Travel Buddies and payment of any applicable transfer fees.

• Before booking your flight or train tickets, please contact the She Goes Travel Buddies team to reconfirm the trip timing.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather and local conditions. The itinerary may be adjusted if required.
• The trip coordinators reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and comfort of participants.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policies. During peak season, participants may need to wait if the group reaches the hotel before the standard check-in time.
• Personal expenses, including travel insurance, are not included in the package.
• Any additional expenses arising due to unavoidable circumstances such as roadblocks, bad weather, transport disruptions, or other external factors must be borne by the participant.
• Any service, activity, or expense not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” is not covered in the package cost.
• There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop-off. Participants requiring transportation at a different time must make their own arrangements.
• The vehicle provided for the trip will be available only as per the planned itinerary and will not be at the personal disposal of participants.
• No reimbursement will be provided for any missed services, sightseeing, activities, meals, or other facilities.
• She Goes Travel Buddies may assist with booking train, flight, or bus tickets on request. However, the team is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by transport providers.
• In case of transport disruptions, participants are responsible for arranging alternative transportation at their own expense.
• Adventure activities such as Gondola rides, pony rides, skiing, rafting, cable car rides, or similar activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Participants must make payment directly for optional activities. She Goes Travel Buddies and its coordinators will not be involved in bargaining with activity providers.
• She Goes Travel Buddies does not take any commission from optional activities booked independently by participants.
• Meal and lunch timings may vary depending on traffic, sightseeing schedules, and local conditions.
• Local union vehicles required for sightseeing at places such as ABC Valleys are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned.
