• Adventure activities such as skiing, rafting, snow scooter rides, cable car rides, and helicopter rides
• Still or video camera fees
• Travel insurance
• Any additional sightseeing or activities not mentioned in the itinerary

📌 Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment of ₹5,000 is non-refundable.
• 60 to 89 days before departure: 75% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

📌 Cancellation Due to External Factors

• No refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

📌 Cancellation by She Goes Travel Buddies

• If the trip is cancelled by She Goes Travel Buddies due to insufficient participation or logistical reasons, participants will receive a full refund, including the advance payment.

📌 Non-Refundable Expenses

• Flight tickets, train tickets, hotel bookings, or any other independently booked services are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective provider.
• She Goes Travel Buddies is not responsible for refunds related to third-party bookings.

📌 Transfer of Booking

• If a participant is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from She Goes Travel Buddies.
• Any applicable transfer charges must be borne by the participant.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Please reconfirm your flight or train timings with our team before making any bookings.
• All sightseeing activities are subject to weather, road, and local conditions.
• The itinerary may be modified by the trip coordinators due to unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of participants.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policies, especially during peak season.
• Food served at hotels will primarily be North Indian cuisine. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available.
• Any personal expenses including shopping, insurance, laundry, room service, beverages, and tips are not included in the package.
• Expenses arising due to roadblocks, landslides, bad weather, political situations, transport delays, or other unavoidable circumstances must be borne by the participant.
• Participants are responsible for reaching the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
• There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop. Any transportation required outside these timings must be arranged by the participant.
• The vehicle provided for the trip will operate only as per the itinerary and is not available for personal use.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed sightseeing, meals, accommodation, or any unused services.
• We can assist with flight, train, or bus bookings, but She Goes Travel Buddies is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by transport providers.
• Only postpaid Jio, Airtel, and BSNL SIM cards generally work in Kashmir. Please plan accordingly.
• Horse rides, Gondola rides, skiing, snow scooter rides, and other adventure activities are optional and must be paid for directly by the participant.
• Participants are free to bargain directly with local service providers. Trip coordinators will not be involved in the bargaining process.
• Shopping opportunities at local markets may depend on local restrictions and operational conditions.
• Lunch timings may vary due to traffic, weather, and road conditions. Carry snacks and water during long travel days.
• Any service not specifically mentioned under the inclusions section is excluded from the package.
• By confirming the booking, participants agree to abide by the itinerary, safety instructions, and tour policies of She Goes Travel Buddies.
