📌 Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment of ₹3,000 is non-refundable.
• 60 to 89 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

📌 Additional Cancellation Terms

• Any pre-booked train, flight, or bus tickets are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
• If a participant is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another person with prior approval from She Goes Travel Buddies.
• Any applicable transfer charges must be borne by the participant.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or missed sightseeing.
• If the trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be applicable.

• The itinerary may be modified by the coordinators due to unforeseen circumstances to ensure participant safety and comfort.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed as per hotel policy.
• Any personal expenses, shopping, insurance, snacks, beverages, and additional meals are not included in the package.
• Any expenses arising due to roadblocks, bad weather, transport delays, natural calamities, or other unavoidable situations must be borne by the participant.
• Participants arriving or departing outside the scheduled pickup and drop timings must arrange their own transportation.
• The vehicle provided for the trip will operate only as per the itinerary and is not available for personal use.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services, sightseeing, meals, or activities.
• Train, flight, or bus ticket bookings can be assisted upon request, but She Goes Travel Buddies is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by transport providers.
• Any cost not specifically mentioned under the inclusions section is excluded from the package.
• Comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing are recommended as some heritage sites involve walking and stair climbing.
• Participants are expected to respect local customs, heritage monuments, and fellow travelers throughout the journey.
• By confirming the booking, participants agree to abide by the itinerary, safety guidelines, and tour policies of She Goes Travel Buddies.
