• Drive to Chimmony Wildlife Sanctuary
• Begin guided trek through the forest trails
• Trek to the scenic Choorathala Waterfall
• Enjoy the beauty of streams, hills, and lush wilderness
• Relax and spend time at the waterfall
• Return trek to the base point
• Lunch
• Evening Kuttavanji (Turtle Boat) Ride at Chimmony Reservoir
• Enjoy serene reservoir views and the tranquil surroundings
• Refreshments and leisure time
• Return journey to Thrissur
• 08:00 PM – Drop at Thrissur

❌ Exclusions

• Dinner
• Personal expenses of any nature
• Travel insurance
• Any expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or natural calamities
• Any additional activities not mentioned in the inclusions
• Any cost not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions”

🛑 Cancellation Policy

• 45 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 29 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 19 to 8 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

🌧️ Cancellation Due to External Factors

• If the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event beyond our control, participants can choose to reschedule the trip to a later date, subject to availability.

✅ Cancellation by She Goes Travel Buddies

• If She Goes Travel Buddies cancels the trip due to insufficient participation or other logistical reasons, participants will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Expenses

• Any non-refundable expenses such as flight, train, or bus tickets booked independently by participants will not be covered in the refund.

🔄 Transfer of Booking

• If a participant is unable to attend the trip, they may transfer their booking to another individual, subject to approval by She Goes Travel Buddies and payment of any applicable transfer fees.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Please adhere to the group timings to ensure smooth coordination throughout the trip.
• The trekking route is beginner-friendly, but participants should be reasonably fit to complete the 5 km trek.
• Wear comfortable trekking shoes and carry sufficient drinking water.
• Respect nature and avoid littering inside the wildlife sanctuary.
• All activities and sightseeing are subject to weather and forest department regulations.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, the itinerary may be modified for the safety of participants.
• Kuttavanji (Turtle Boat) rides are subject to water levels and local operational conditions.
• The coordinators reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, road conditions, or safety concerns.
• Any expenses arising due to roadblocks, natural calamities, political disturbances, or other unavoidable situations shall be borne by the participants.
• Any service or expense not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” is excluded from the package.
• The vehicle provided will operate only as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use.
• No reimbursement will be provided for any missed services, activities, or facilities.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
• Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substances during the trek is strictly discouraged.
• By booking the trip, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to follow the instructions of the trek leaders and coordinators.
