❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Please contact the team before booking your flight tickets to reconfirm timings
• All activities and sightseeing are subject to climatic conditions and local regulations
• The itinerary may change depending on traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• The coordinators have the right to modify the itinerary to ensure participant safety and comfort
• During peak season, hotels may enforce strict check-in and check-out timings
• Any personal expenses, insurance, shopping, or optional activities are not included in the package
• Expenses caused by bad weather, political disturbances, transport delays, or unavoidable situations must be borne by participants
• Participants are responsible for carrying valid travel documents including passport and visa (if required)
• There will be one scheduled group airport pickup and drop-off. Participants arriving at different timings must arrange transportation independently
• The vehicle provided will operate only as per the itinerary and not for personal use
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or unused facilities
• Train, flight, or transport delays and cancellations are beyond the control of She Goes Travel Buddies
• Any cost not mentioned in the inclusions section must be paid separately by the participant
