• Pickup from Trivandrum
• Travel to Alappuzha
• 11:00 AM – Board the houseboat and begin the 6-hour backwater cruise
• Cruise through Punnamada Lake and Vembanad Lake
• Pass through Kainakary and the scenic Kuttanad villages
• Enjoy views of lush paddy fields, canals, village life, and famous shooting locations
• Welcome drink and refreshments on board
• Lunch break during the cruise
• Relax and enjoy the peaceful backwater scenery
• Fishing rod, music system, TV, and safety equipment available on the houseboat
• Canoe and Shikara boat available on request
• Evening snacks with tea or coffee
• 05:00 PM – Houseboat cruise ends
• Return journey to Trivandrum

• Travel insurance
• Adventure activities or any additional activities not included in the package
• Any expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or natural calamities
• Any cost not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions”

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Before booking any train, flight, or bus ticket, please contact the She Goes Travel Buddies team to reconfirm the trip timing.
• All activities and travel plans are subject to weather and other local conditions. The itinerary may be changed if required for the safety and comfort of participants.
• The trip coordinators reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Personal expenses, including travel insurance, are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned.
• Any additional expenses arising due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, roadblocks, transport disruptions, or other external factors must be borne by the participant.
• Any service or expense not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” is not covered in the package cost.
• There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop-off. Participants who wish to arrive or leave at a different time must arrange their own transportation.
• The vehicle provided for the trip will be available only as per the planned itinerary and will not be at the personal disposal of participants.
• No reimbursement will be provided for any missed services, activities, meals, or facilities.
• She Goes Travel Buddies may assist with booking train, flight, or bus tickets on request. However, the team is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by transport providers.
• Participants must arrange alternative transportation at their own expense if there are transport delays or cancellations beyond the control of She Goes Travel Buddies.
• Entering the lake is strictly not permitted during the houseboat cruise, even for participants who know how to swim.
• Air conditioning on the houseboat is available at an additional charge.
• Lunch timing may vary depending on travel, traffic, and operational conditions.
• Any optional or additional activity must be paid for directly by the participant. She Goes Travel Buddies and its coordinators will not be involved in bargaining and do not take commission from independently booked activities.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• 45 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 14 to 7 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

🌧️ Cancellation Due to External Factors

If the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event beyond our control, participants will be offered the option to reschedule the trip to a later date, subject to availability.

✅ Cancellation by She Goes Travel Buddies

If She Goes Travel Buddies cancels the trip due to insufficient participation or other logistical reasons, participants will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

🎫 Non-Refundable Expenses

Any non-refundable expenses such as flight, train, or bus tickets booked independently by participants will not be covered in the refund.

🔄 Transfer of Booking

If a participant is unable to attend the trip, the booking may be transferred to another individual, subject to approval by She Goes Travel Buddies and payment of any applicable transfer fees.
