❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Passport copy is mandatory for all travelers. Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the Vietnam immigration authorities. Visa fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized. Individual pickups or drops are not provided.
• The vehicle provided is not at disposal and will operate only as per the itinerary.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather conditions. The itinerary may be modified for safety or operational reasons.
• No reimbursement will be provided for unused or missed services.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be strictly as per local hotel policies.
• Personal expenses, travel insurance, and meals not mentioned in inclusions are not included.
• Any additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, roadblocks, natural calamities, or political disturbances must be borne by the traveler.

• Complimentary services, room upgrades, or airline preferences cannot be guaranteed.
• Any pre or post tour deviations must be informed at the time of booking. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
• Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit (cash or card) at the time of check-in for incidental expenses.
• Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage.
• In case of damage to hotel property or vehicles, the cost must be borne directly by the guest.
• Room allocation (double or twin sharing) is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
