❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• This is a forest trek and participants must strictly follow guide instructions
• Trip schedule may change due to weather, forest permissions, or safety reasons
• Participants must inform coordinators at least 3 days prior for any changes
• No reimbursement for missed services

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Participant registration can be transferred to another person without cancellation fee
• If the trip is postponed due to weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date will be provided
• No direct bank refund will be issued
• Trip Transfer Fund option available (2% movement charge applicable)
• 30–15 days before trip: 25% cancellation charge
• 14–8 days before trip: 50% cancellation charge
• Within 7 days of trip: No refund
