🗓️ Day 1. Thanjavur Art & Heritage Exploration

• Pickup from Thanjavur Bus Stand (4:00 AM)
• Hotel check-in for fresh up
• Visit Thanjavur doll making unit – watch artisans craft UNESCO-recognised dancing dolls
• Visit Thanjavur painting workshop – witness traditional gold-leaf mural art
• Visit Veena makers – learn about the making of the classical string instrument
• Visit Brihadeeswarar Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
• Overnight stay

🗓️ Day 2. Chola Temples & Royal Heritage

• Visit Airavateshwara Temple
• Visit Gangaikonda Cholapuram Temple
• Visit Royal Palace Museum (if time permits)
• Drop at Thanjavur Bus Stand (around 8:30 PM)

• Any meal not mentioned in inclusions
• Fresh up facility charges
• Personal expenses and insurance
• Expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks or bad weather
• Any cost not mentioned in inclusions
• No-show or trip changes due to weather or natural calamities (non-refundable)

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• This is a women-only heritage trip.
• Pickup and drop will be from Thanjavur Bus Stand.
• AC may be switched off during uphill or restricted routes.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather and local conditions.
• The coordinators reserve the right to modify the itinerary for safety and smooth execution.
• The vehicle provided is not at disposal and will operate only as per the itinerary.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services.

📝 Cancellation Policy

• Advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• 60–89 days before departure: 75% refund of total trip cost.
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of total trip cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Transport ticket cancellations are governed by the respective service provider’s policy.
• Booking transfers are allowed with prior approval and applicable charges.
