❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Passport copy is mandatory for all travelers. Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa requirements are subject to Thailand immigration rules. Visa-free entry is subject to change as per government regulations.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized from the airport. Individual pickups or drops are not provided.
• The vehicle provided is not at disposal and will operate strictly as per the itinerary.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to local conditions, traffic, weather, and operational constraints. The itinerary may be adjusted if required.
• No reimbursement will be provided for unused or missed services.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be strictly as per hotel policies.
• Personal expenses, travel insurance, and meals not mentioned in inclusions are not included.
• Any additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, traffic issues, strikes, or natural events must be borne by the traveler.

• Show timings and sightseeing order may change based on availability and operational factors.
• Complimentary services, room upgrades, or special requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit (cash or card) at the time of check-in for incidental expenses.
• Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage.
• In case of damage to hotel property, vehicles, or public facilities, the cost must be borne directly by the guest.
• Room allocation (double or twin sharing) is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
