❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
• Passport copies are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currency.
• Passengers should have completed 2 doses of Covid vaccination before travel.
• Before booking your flight or train, contact the team to reconfirm timing.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized. Participants must reach the pickup point on their own.
• There will be one scheduled group pick-up and drop-off. If you arrive or leave at a different time, you must arrange your own transport.
• The vehicle provided is not at your disposal and will operate only as per the itinerary.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or facilities.
• All activities and sightseeing are subject to climatic conditions. The itinerary may be adjusted.
• Any personal expenses, including insurance, are not included.
• All expenses due to unforeseen circumstances like roadblocks and bad weather must be borne by participants.
• Hotel check-in and check-out will follow strict hotel timings, especially in peak season.
