❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund (excluding advance)
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• No refund for cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic, or government restrictions
