• Early arrivals can check in by 12:00 PM
• Free time to explore bazaars or nearby monuments on your own
• Overnight stay in Jaipur

• Overnight journey to Jaisalmer in a private AC semi-sleeper coach

🗓️ Day 3. Jaisalmer – Golden Fortress & Desert Camping

• Arrive in Jaisalmer (Golden City)
• Hotel check-in and freshen up
• Visit Jaisalmer Fort (living fort)
• Visit Patwon Ki Haveli
• Post-lunch head to Sam Sand Dunes

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Before booking your flight or train, please contact our team to reconfirm the timing.
• All activities and sightseeing are subject to climatic conditions. In case of adverse weather, the itinerary might be adjusted.
• The coordinators have the right to modify the itinerary based on unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
• During peak season, hotels enforce strict check-in and check-out timings. If we arrive earlier than the check-in time, we may need to wait at the hotel reception.
• Any kind of personal expenses, including insurance, are not included in the package. Participants are responsible for covering their own additional costs.
• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks and bad weather will be borne by the participants.
• Any cost not mentioned in the inclusions is not covered by the package and must be paid for by the participants.
• Centralized pick-up and drop will be followed. Participants must reach the designated point on their own.
• There will be one scheduled group pick-up and drop-off. Different arrival or departure timings must be managed by the participant.
• The vehicle provided is not at your disposal and will be available only as per the itinerary.
• No bills will be reimbursed for any missed services or facilities.
• We can assist in booking train, flight, or bus tickets upon request. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by transport providers.
• Train ticket cancellations can only be done prior to 2 days before the trip. If someone is willing to take the cancelled ticket, the full amount will be paid. Otherwise, railway cancellation amount plus cancellation charge from our end will apply if done through us.

❗ Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• 60 to 75 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable advance).
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable advance).
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded (excluding the non-refundable advance).
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

📝 Cancellation in Other Circumstances

• Cancellation due to external factors (natural disasters, war/political unrest, government restrictions, pandemic outbreaks, health emergencies): No refund will be provided under these circumstances.
• Flight/train/bus tickets booked independently are subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation policy. Refunds (if any) follow their policy.
• Transfer of booking may be allowed with prior approval. Transfer charges (if applicable) must be borne by the participant.
