60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another individual with prior approval and applicable charges.
