Cancellation Policy

❗ Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.
  • 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Cancellation Due to External Factors

If canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refund. Rescheduling may be considered based on feasibility and availability.

Cancellation by She Goes

If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participation or operational reasons, a full refund including deposit will be provided.

Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another individual with prior approval and applicable charges.

  • Vehicle is available only as per schedule and not at disposal
  • Fresh-up, lunch, dinner, and adventure activities are not included
  • Adventure activity payments must be made directly by participants

  • Participants must reach the centralized pickup point on their own
  • Personal expenses and insurance are not included
  • Expenses due to roadblocks, weather issues, or other unavoidable situations must be borne by participants
