  • Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.
  • 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

If canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants can reschedule the trip to a later date subject to availability.

Cancellation by She Goes

If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participation or operational reasons, a full refund including deposit will be provided.

Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another individual with prior approval and applicable charges.
