❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Passport copy is mandatory for foreign currency payments and international travel arrangements.
• Covid vaccination and travel requirements will apply as per prevailing government and airline norms.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized. Individual transfers are not provided.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services due to delays or personal reasons.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per local hotel policies.
• Personal expenses, travel insurance, and optional activities are not included unless specified.
