• Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone bills, beverages, etc.
• Domestic or international airfare
• Water activities not included in the package (scuba diving, seawalk, etc.)
• Tour guide (can be arranged at extra cost)
• Additional charges due to natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movement, etc.
• Vehicle services after sightseeing as per itinerary
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, mineral water, aerated drinks, bed tea, snacks while waiting at airport/jetty)
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation or itinerary changes due to bad weather/ill health/factors beyond control
• Anything not mentioned in inclusions

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Rates are valid for Indian citizens only.
• Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
• Before booking your flight or train, please contact our team to reconfirm the timing.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized. Participants must reach the pickup point on their own.
• Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made if sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restrictions. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
• We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and it will be governed by the cancellation policy.
• There will be one scheduled group pick-up and drop. If you arrive or leave at a different time, you must arrange transportation independently.
• The vehicle provided is not at disposal and will be available only as per the itinerary.
• No bills will be reimbursed for missed services or facilities.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to climatic conditions. The itinerary may be adjusted if required.
• Coordinators have the right to modify the itinerary based on unforeseen circumstances for safety and comfort.
• Personal expenses and insurance are not included.
• All expenses due to unforeseen circumstances like roadblocks or bad weather will be borne by participants.
• During peak season, hotels follow strict check-in and check-out timings.
