📌 Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment of ₹5000 is non-refundable.
• 60 to 89 days before departure: 75% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

⚠️ Cancellation Due to External Factors

• No refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

✈️ Flight / Transport Ticket Cancellation

• Flight, train, or bus ticket cancellations are subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation policies.
• She Goes Travel Buddies will not be responsible for refund delays or transport disruptions.

🔄 Transfer of Booking

• If a participant is unable to attend, the booking may be transferred to another person with prior approval from She Goes Travel Buddies.
• Any applicable transfer charges must be borne by the participant.

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
• Reconfirmation will be done only after receiving the payment.
• Please reconfirm flight timings with the team before booking your tickets.
• There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop-off.
• Participants arriving or departing at different timings must arrange their own transportation.
• The vehicle will operate only as per the itinerary and will not be at personal disposal.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather and local conditions.
• The itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances for safety and operational reasons.
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels are subject to availability and additional charges.
• No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or unused inclusions.
• Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, beverages, tips, and insurance are not included.
• Expenses caused due to delays, weather conditions, roadblocks, political disturbances, or natural calamities must be borne by the participant.
• Participants are responsible for carrying valid travel documents and complying with immigration requirements.
• Adventure activities and optional experiences are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
• She Goes Travel Buddies reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the comfort and safety of the group.
