• Expenses arising due to weather conditions, roadblocks, delays, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Advance Payment: The advance payment made towards the booking is non-refundable.
• 60 to 90 Days Before Departure: 75% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 30 to 59 Days Before Departure: 50% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 25% of the remaining trip cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.

⚠️ Cancellation Due to External Factors

• No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, roadblocks, or other force majeure events.

🔄 Transfer of Booking

• If a participant is unable to attend the trip, the booking may be transferred to another person, subject to approval by She Goes Travel Buddies.
• Any applicable transfer charges must be borne by the participant.

✈️ Flight & Transport Ticket Cancellation

• Any flight, train, or bus tickets booked independently are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s policy.
• She Goes Travel Buddies is not responsible for refunds related to independently booked transportation.

• Please contact our team before booking flight or train tickets to reconfirm trip timings.
• All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather and local conditions. The itinerary may be modified if required for safety and operational reasons.
• The trip coordinators reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, road conditions, government regulations, or weather-related disruptions.
• Participants are responsible for reaching the designated pickup point and arranging onward travel from the designated drop-off point.
• There will be one scheduled group pickup and drop-off. Any arrival or departure outside the scheduled timings must be arranged independently by the participant.
• The vehicle provided will operate strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use.
• Any expenses arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, roadblocks, political disturbances, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the participant.
• Any personal expenses including shopping, laundry, beverages, room service, tips, and insurance are not included in the package.
• Accommodation is provided on a sharing basis as mentioned in the package details.
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• No reimbursement will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or facilities included in the itinerary.
• Participants are expected to follow local laws, customs, and regulations throughout the trip.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by a participant will be charged directly to the individual responsible.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
• Any cost not specifically mentioned under the “Inclusions” section shall be considered excluded and must be borne by the participant.
• By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and itinerary guidelines of She Goes Travel Buddies.
