Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • The advance payment of ₹5,000 is non-refundable.
  • 60 to 89 days before departure: 75% of the remaining trip balance will be refunded.
  • 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the remaining trip balance will be refunded.
  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the remaining trip balance will be refunded.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Additional Cancellation Terms

  • Flight, train, and bus tickets are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
  • No refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior approval from She Goes Travel Buddies.
  • Any applicable transfer charges must be borne by the participant.

  • All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather and climatic conditions.
  • The itinerary may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of participants.
  • Hotels may enforce strict check-in and check-out timings during peak season.
  • Meals provided by hotels are primarily North Indian cuisine and timings may vary based on the travel schedule.
  • Personal expenses, shopping, insurance, extra meals, and other individual expenses are not included in the package.
  • Any additional expenses caused by roadblocks, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, delays, or other unavoidable situations must be borne by the participant.
  • Pickup and drop services will be arranged only from the designated common location.
  • Participants arriving or departing outside the scheduled group timing must arrange their own transportation.
  • The vehicle will operate strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use.
  • No refund or reimbursement will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or activities.
  • Any service not specifically mentioned under the inclusions section is excluded from the package.
  • Assistance can be provided for flight, train, or bus bookings, but She Goes Travel Buddies is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by transport providers.
  • Train ticket cancellations are subject to railway rules and applicable cancellation charges.
