❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Advance payment of ₹3,000 is non-refundable
• 45–30 days before departure: 75% refund
• 29–15 days before departure: 50% refund
• 14–7 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

• Trips cancelled by She Goes Travel Buddies will receive full refund
• External cancellations may be rescheduled subject to availability
• Non-refundable flight or train tickets booked independently are not covered
