❗ Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable.

• 60–90 days before departure: 75% refund of the remaining amount
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining amount
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

• Rates are valid only for Indian citizens.
• Reconfirmation is done only after receiving payment.
• Passport copies are mandatory for foreign currency payments.
• Passengers must have completed 2 doses of Covid vaccination.
• Pickup and drop will be centralized. Individual transfers are not provided.
• The vehicle provided is not at disposal and operates as per itinerary.
• No reimbursement for missed services.
• Itinerary may change due to weather or operational conditions.
• Personal expenses and insurance are not included.

• Airline seats and room upgrades cannot be guaranteed.
• Pre or post tour deviations must be informed at booking time.
• Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in.
• Guests should not leave valuables unattended. The company is not responsible for loss.
• Damage to hotel rooms or vehicles must be paid directly by the guest.
• Room allocation is subject to availability at check-in.
